As a business analyst, Robert has developed business rules, business cases, and meta schemas. He has also designed UI and verfiied system coding and formulas. Robert has worked in many different environments including financial, banking, software, insurance, government, technical support, scientific, and manufacturing.

Robert has created documentation templates that became the standards for two companies. He has used his excellent technical knowledge of business analysis methodology, pension rules, financial modelling, and insurance standards and practices to assist his clients in meeting their complex information needs.
He has developed process flows, fields, UI layout, and business rules for a claims management system for the insurance industry. He has also created a large online document library and has administrated user roles and access. Robert taught technical writing for two semesters at Humber College Institute of Technology & Advanced Learning, where he received outstanding feedback from his students. His role in managing a Society for Technical Communication publications competition was recognized by the society at the international level.

Robert has a Certificate in Information Design and Diploma in Business Administration (Honours). He has also completed the Canadian Securities Course and has fourth-level Certified General Account (CGA) course equivalency. Robert also has several other certifications in training, presentations, software, and technical writing.
